The first time i became aware that a tracking or secretly observing system existed was when i was a young boy observing cameras in the bank. However as i grew up I learn't that tracking even extends to vehicles and 24 hour survailence on houses and special buildings.

Generally a tracking system is used for the observing of persons or objects on the move and supplying a timely ordered sequence of respective location data to a model. Tracking basically is the act of following or looking for a person, animal, or thing. This blog however shall focus on vehicle tracking.
